Learn to Weave Market Basket

Learn traditional basket weaving techniques to create a small market basket in dyed black reed. Then capture a bit of the grandeur of the aurora by adding cascading curls in space dyed reed. The gradations of color to create the borealis- navy, aubergine, wine, teal, and aqua. Complete the basket with a coordinating dyed rim and inset ash handle Leave class with completed basket ready to stain and enjoy all summer long.

Supplies To Bring

• Bucket or dish pan
• Old Towel
• Clothes you’d be fine with getting damp
• Bagged Lunch

Additional Information

Dianne Mockler, and accomplishes basket weaver will be instructing this class for adults and teenagers above 16 years. The product will be about 11 x 7 x 5 excluding the handle of the basket. All payments and registrations for this class must be in by May 4.
