Halloween Carnival

Held at the Phelps School, the Halloween Carnival is free fun for all ages. Enjoy indoor games, food and treats. The Carnival takes place directly following Trick-or-Treating, which is from 3 pm to 5 pm around Phelps. 2 options available this year for those interested in handing out treats: join us in the school parking lot for trunk or treat or be put on the local map to be handed out to the kids.
