2026 4th of July Celebration in Phelps!

• 3pm – Grand Parade
• 3-6pm – LIVE MUSIC from Burton Tyler
• 3:30pm – Cornhole Tournament
• 6pm – Boat Parade
• 7-10pm – LIVE MUSIC from Nolium
• 10pm – FIREWORKS over North Twin Lake!

And all day from 3pm until the fireworks:

Food Trucks – Beer Tent – Dunk Tank – Bounce House with Slide – Raffles

If you are looking for a place to celebrate the 4^th of July with a bang look no further than Phelps! Our 4^th of July Celebration is an all-out extravaganza that takes place right on the beautiful shores of North Twin Lake in downtown Phelps.

Join us in Phelps on July 4th to enjoy a truly spectacular event as Phelps celebrates Independence Day in small town style.

Enjoy a Fantastic Small Town Parade and Celebration For All Ages

The Phelps 4^th of July festivities kick off with a lively and fun-filled parade starting at 3pm and running right through the main street of this picture-perfect town. You never know what imaginative floats and colorful characters you might see in the Phelps parade. Kids love the treats they collect! No registration required to be in the parade. If you want to be in it, simply line up on Town Hall Road by 2:45pm. All floats, vintage cars, UTVs, marching/walking groups are welcome!

Food trucks and beer tent all day. As well as dunk tank and a bounce house with a slide for the kiddos. And don’t forget to grab raffle tickets for a chance to win big bucks! 

The fun continues with the Annual Boat Parade on North Twin Lake at 6pm. To be in the boat parade, be at the town boat launch next to Great Escape by 5:45pm in your boat ready to go. All patriotic decorated boats are welcome in the boat parade.

4^th of July Fireworks in Phelps!

Finish off the 4^th of July celebration with oohs and aahs as the Phelps Fire Department puts on their phenomenal fireworks show, the best in the Northwoods! Watch the fireworks from the comfort of your boat or grab your lawn chairs and blankets on the shore. You can’t ask for a better backdrop than the natural beauty of North Twin Lake, or a better ending to a fun 4^th of July celebration! Phelps’ 4th of July Fireworks over North Twin Lake are truly legendary in the area.
