Phelps Scarecrow Fest

The Phelps Woman’s Club is proud to invite the community back to downtown Phelps for their annual fall celebration. This event brings beloved local traditions and family-friendly excitement.

Guests can enjoy free admission and parking. The day features the “Spooktacular Car Show,” the crowd-favorite “Pumpkin Chuckin’,” a huge craft fair, lots of great food and drinks, and a massive Basket Raffles Tent.

Activities & Attractions:

• Shop Local: Browse the Craft Show, view the Quilts & Arts Display, or find hidden treasures at the Snag-a-Bag Boutique and Fall Mum Sale.

• For the Kids: A dedicated area with completely free games.

• Food & Entertainment: Sip on wine, beer, or soda while enjoying homemade treats and great food. Don’t miss the Free Chili and live entertainment!
